William Feng is a Vice President at BayPine. Previously, he was an Associate at Brightstar Capital Partners where he evaluated buyout transactions across a variety of industries, including consumer products, industrials, telecom and business services. Prior to Brightstar, he worked at Evercore Partners in their Investment Banking Division focused on restructuring and began his career at Goldman Sachs in their Private Equity Group.

Mr. Feng holds a BS from Boston University.
