Ryan Romich is an Operating Principal, Go-to-Market at BayPine, where he works hands-on with deal teams and portfolio company leadership to strengthen commercial performance, accelerate growth, and build scalable go-to-market capabilities. Ryan brings deep expertise in GTM operating models and technology-enabled sales execution, partnering with teams to improve sales productivity, operating cadence, pricing, and drive sustainable top-line value.

Before joining BayPine, he was a Senior Operating Advisor at Francisco Partners Operating Executives. Prior to that, Mr. Romich held global strategy and operational roles at Salesforce, ClickSoftware, and Black Duck Software.

Mr. Romich holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a dual major in Marketing and Management Information Systems as well as an MBA in Information Systems & Analytics from the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College.
