Nikhil Bhat is the Head of Equity Solutions. Most recently, he was Co-Head of Investments and a member of the Management Committee at Vestar Capital, where he created and led the firm’s Business & Technology Services vertical.

With nearly 15 years of private equity experience, Mr. Bhat has led transactions and investment teams across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, information, and tech-enabled services.

Prior to Vestar, Mr. Bhat worked at Advent International. He began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Bhat holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
