Michael Thomas is a Principal at BayPine. Previously, he was an Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, where he focused on potential investments in businesses across a broad spectrum of industries, including telecom, media and technology services, basic industries, consumer, business and government software and services, financial and transaction services, and healthcare. Mr. Thomas began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley where he advised clients across the industrial, automotive, consumer and media sectors.

Mr. Thomas holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
