Leigh Rovzar is a Partner and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of BayPine. Most recently, Mr. Rovzar was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Declaration Partners. Prior to this he was a Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Legal Department at Magnitude Capital.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Rovzar served as an Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as a Vice President in the Acquisitions Group at Walton Street Capital.

Mr. Rovzar holds an AB from Harvard College, where he graduated cum laude, and a JD and MBA from Northwestern University. He serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Qualitas of Life Foundation and as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Winona Camps Foundation.
