Jessie Wechsler is a Principal at BayPine. She has extensive experience working alongside management teams to execute transformative business plans, bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings, restructurings and public market exits.

Previously, Ms. Wechsler was a Vice President at AEA Investors, a middle market private equity firm, where she focused on evaluating and executing AEA’s investments in the consumer, retail and tech-enabled services sectors. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Bregal Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm, and held positions at BlackRock Alternative Investors and Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Wechsler currently serves on the board of POLYWOOD. Ms. Wechsler holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
