Chris Harlan is an Operating Partner at BayPine. Mr. Harlan draws on more than two decades of experience in professional services to help BayPine’s portfolio companies accelerate growth, execute digital‑transformation initiatives, and realize meaningful value creation. Prior to joining BayPine, he held strategy and operations roles in private equity at Symbiome Capital Partners and Littlejohn & Co.
Previously, Mr. Harlan was Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at FTI Consulting in Washington D.C., where he built and led an internal consulting group and drove initiatives ranging from go‑to‑market strategy to operational efficiency to new business development. Before that, Mr. Harlan was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the firm's Dallas office, leading teams and advising corporations on complex strategic and operational challenges. At BCG, he was a core member of the firm's Technology, Media, & Telecom, Consumer, and Healthcare practices.
Mr. Harlan holds B.B.A. and B.A. degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
