Brian Frank is a Founding Partner of BayPine. Mr. Frank has an established career as a thoughtful investment professional and builder of multiple investment teams and organizations. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Declaration Partners, an investment firm anchored by the family office of private equity veteran and philanthropist David M. Rubenstein. Mr. Frank previously held senior leadership roles at MSD Partners and Harman International.

While at MSD Partners, Mr. Frank established an in-house energy practice that invested over $1.5 billion of capital across public and private asset classes. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Cumberland Associates, W.R. Hambrecht + Co and Lazard Frères.

Mr. Frank has significant public and private board experience and currently serves as a board member of Vault Health, Redesign Health, ConcertAI and StubHub Holdings. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Frank holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
